    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the buyers assigned by the Company and identifying tailored solutions;

    • Conduct the negotiation process, assisting buyers in transactions according to company procedures and standards;

    • Interfacing with professionals involved in intermediation activities;

    • Manage the documentation and contracts envisaged in the sales process.

    Requirements:

    • Possession of the legal requirements to operate as a Real Estate Agent;

    • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent;

    • Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English;

    • Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills;

    • Familiarity with the use of the main IT software;

    • Integrity and reliability.
